Active ingredient stannous fluoride
Research into stabilized stannous fluoride began 60 years ago when people became aware of its pain-relieving properties in dental care products. Stabilized stannous fluoride in toothpastes not only protects against pain sensitivity, but also has antibacterial properties. In combination with sodium fluoride, these toothpastes are particularly effective in preventing tooth decay. Toothpastes with stabilized stannous fluoride and sodium fluoride are therefore very suitable for the daily oral and dental care of people with sensitive teeth.
